This is a very pleasing example of the ever-popular Fugio note. Due to its relationship to its close cousin, the Fugio Cent, it is widely believed that Benjamin Franklin played a key role in creating its design elements. Difficult to find in high grade, this $2/3 denomination is one of the finest examples we have handled.
