A very pleasing, lightly used Lazy Deuce from The National Bank of Rhode Island of Newport. With only one Lazy Two reported from the bank, it is rare too. PMG comments "Stains" and "Trimmed" for grading accuracy however they do little to take away from this tough
Rhode Island note.
