This is the best of the best and it does not get better than this. This is the FINEST SERIES OF 1928 FRN PMG HAS GRADED FOR ALL SERIES, DISTRICTS & DENOMINATIONS and is the only example graded 69 by PMG with no examples graded higher. Typically, one would see a note in a 69 or 70 holder for a modern issue, not an example from the Series of 1928. And since this note is over 90 years old, the likelihood of another example from any district being certified a 69 or 70 is close to zero. PMG has been grading notes for over 16 years and one can make a safe bet that this example will remain UNIQUE in PMG’s population report.
